Our Projects

Mabani is currently developing a number of property and real estate development projects in Yemen targeting different segments of the population.

These projects have been selected following a careful analysis of the market, competition, and existing and potential opportunities.

These projects were strategically and intelligently designed and structured in order to address the market demands and the needs of our clients, and simultaneously incorporating new concepts and elements to the Yemeni property market.

Accordingly, these projects are unique in terms of concept, content, design, and subsequent implementation. To fulfil this we are extremely selective in our approach and partnerships in order to enable us to efficiently and effectively work towards our vision.

Our projects include mixed use high rise developments and mixed use real estate townships. These consist of residential, commercial, business, and recreational components and elements.

It is envisaged that these projects will be landmark property development projects in Yemen providing outstanding residential, commercial, and business developments complemented with all the required facilities and amenities.

These projects do not just provide high quality property such as accommodation, offices, and trade venues, but complement these with a comprehensive package of needs and requirements to increase the quality of living, work, and trade.

In line with our aim we can confidently say that our projects do not only develop property but develop and build lifestyles, communities, and homes for generations.

In addition to the above, promising projects are also undergoing evaluation and planning for future development and implementation.

Detailed information about our ongoing and upcoming projects can be obtained by contacting Mabani and requesting us for information and details about our projects, or by visiting our office.
